Those are very far west.

The zip codes in terms of east/west:

33483 is east to around Federal; 33444 goes west to Congress. 33445 Congress to Military; then 84 , then 46.

Homewood Bl itself is between Congress and Military . There are condos and townhouses off of Homewood Bl.

Casita Way, Casa Way, Fiore Way are condos mainly. 1850 and 2070 Homewood are condos.

Zorno Way attached villas.

1850 and 2070 Homewood are 5 story condos with secure lobbies.

The original Homewood Lakes is now just called Woodlake- attached villas off of Homewood Bl in the 45 zip code.

Delray is considered to be quite expensive!

Some areas of the Rainberries are nice; others not so much.

You don’t want Rainberry Woods.

I’m not sure about Bentree and Limetree etc. I’ve driven by them but kind of never noticed what’s there.

Thank you so much bye bye. Have you ever heard of Alberdeen east or Mirabella? Im putting together a list of communities that look kinda nice but i know they could be in bad areas. I have 2 months to put a final list together. One question i do have for all of you? Everyone i talk to from up here warn me about the bugs. Are there horrible bugs?

Mirabella is not bad. It’s down the street from a neighborhood of small old Florida homes; it’s kind of an eccentric neighborhood. Mirabella is very separate from that. It’s on the corner of Federal; there’s a mall with Publix etc up the street on Woolbright and Federal.

Across Federal is Colonial Club, a condo complex that is very well kept and has been there for years. There is also a newer complex on the other side of Federal but I can’t remember the name.

Those communities back up onto the intracoastal waterway.

Aberdeen east is nice; almost bought a SFH in a neighborhood near there.

We have large bugs called palmetto bugs, but they are pretty easy to avoid. You will likely see them once in a while no matter how clean you are.

I’ve never had problems with them, or mosquitoes or anything.

If they were that bad this place wouldn’t be growing by leaps and bounds!

Hi- anyone familiar with Coco Woods Lakes in Delray? Been looking there, also Leisureville in Boynton. Older is ok, if renovated. Just don't want run down area or unsafe

5-15 minutes to the beach isn't happening at that price point......unless you drive really fast!
