boca communites (Boca Del Mar, Boca Pointe: for rent, homes, neighborhoods)

Can anyone suggest gated communities (family friendly) for rent in Boca near 95 or the turnpike? Price range 2500-3500/month. Thanks.

Near I95
Parkside - on the high end
LaJoya
Broken Sound - lots of options
Woodfield - near both
Fairfield

Near the turnpike:
Estanica
Seasons
Boca Falls - I know one if you need it; beautiful home
5 bedroom - lake

There are LOTS of communities that are NOT gated that you would like also.

I think I know which one you are talking about in Boca Falls-the one with the garage converted to the 2 extra bedrooms? It looked really nice, but one of our criteria is a garage. Sure, I would love to hear about the non-gated as well! Thanks so much.

OK from the east:

Camino Gardens - great community feel, lots of families, you'd love it; considered east Boca - schools: Addison Mizner, Boca Middle, Boca High
Some homes are waterfront.

Paradise Palms - On Military Trail - older community

Boca Del Mar - many communities within Boca Del Mar; many, many schools - all good. (Verde or Del Prado schools (elem) - excellent

Also: Boca Chica, Charleston Place, Boca Pointe

Timbercreek, Vista Verde, Pines of Boca del Mar, Millpond, New Floresta, Boca Lake, Colonnade - all in Calusa or Verde Elementary districts which are excellent.

Paseos, Estanica South - Verde Elem; Del Prado

Many more communities out west which you may have seen.

Most of these communities are owner occupied but from time to time - you will see one for rental. It is rare but it happens.

I know I left off a ton of neighborhoods but there are a lot!
