Default Madison Green Community Royal Palm Beach

I currently live in New Jersey originally from New York. I lived in Boynton Beach back in 1991 and loved it but was still young and moved back up North to be near friends and family. I now have 2 children ages 10 and 13.
I can't even explain how much I miss Florida and everything about it, I have been back several times to visit family or to go to Disney, and I'm soooo depressed when I have to leave.
My husband, myself and my children are going back to visit 4/3 - 4/11. I have hopes that I can convince my husband to move there, he said it's a possibility. Now he has planted that seed in my head and my wheels are spinning. We have a great house in N.J. but my taxes are already at $14,900 per year and rising ( new school and pool ) I want out, it's soooooo insane here.
My plan would be to leave now buy a smaller home in Royal Palm Beach 350-375k have a small mortgage and lower taxes. If I stay here, once my kids graduate high school I will still be paying these taxes ( 60% of which goes to the board of education ) and they won't even be using the public school system.
We are visiting some friends in the Madison Green Community in Royal Palm and I wanted to know if anyone has any information on this community or opinion on this area.

I have lived in Madison Green since 12/01 and right now is a great time to buy. I'm from Long Island and the hardest adjustment to living in here is the zero lot lines. Also, I live in Wyndham Village and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you avoid the cheaper villages (Pinehurst, Wyndham and Saratoga). The elementary school is awesome - and the middle school is A rated. Good luck.
