Default exercise in Boca

Ugh-sickening. Do they know the motive?

Are there any non-secluded areas to jog that are not so hot?

Default re: killer

Be Careful, as we do not want you or anyone else to fall victim to this serial killer. There are no motives. The first reply was responding to the guy who carjacked a mother and very young child and executed them point blank in broad daylight. However, he had acted previously in similar manners. Crime scene blog has all of the information on this criminals actions, so maybe check it out if you have the time.

As for jogging in non-hot areas...I can't be as much of a help. Perhaps down near the beach at one of the many parks, they have jogging trails? A1A, if I recall, seemed to be pretty shady, at least more so than average for Boca.

Default good luck...

South FL is SO NOT runner-friendly. I run 3+ miles 4 times a week and there's nary a day that I run and am not almost taken out by a driver. You really have to watch your back so to say.

The driving population in the afternoon when I run, is over 50% old and when pulling out from shopping plazas etc only look ONE way before stepping on the gas.

I can't wait to get out of this state!! 2011 can't come fast enough.

My running route has no shade whatsoever but I love it for the good 'sweat' that I get.....in the hot sun! Yes, call me strange. I just wear a hat or visor to shield my eyes.
