"Southwestern" neighborhoods in West Palm Beach
Hello,
I have some friends who are contemplating buying a home in the "Southwestern" neighborhood of West Palm Beach, East of 95, bordering the zoo and Dreher park.
Anybody have any opinions or experiences with this area? I know the crime is apparently amongst (or the) lowest in the city.... but what about the neighbors? Is the neighborhood getting better or worse?
I am generally unfamiliar with that particular part of town, so any input would be great.
