Default preschools

Hi, moving to Jupite next month. I am looking for a prek for my 4 year old son. I'm on the wait list at Jupiter First and have looked into Christ the King and Church in the Gardens. I'm not really interested in a Montessori. Any advice or info on these schools, good or bad, would be great.

Hi - My boys were both in Church in the Gardens years back. I know that it was great for both of them. I have many friends that had children there and they've all been happy with the school also. The teachers were very caring and competent. The school always had a great curriculum and the children left the school very ready for K or 1st grade. Mine went there for Pre K and Kindergarten and were more than ready for 1st grade when they graduated from Kindergarten.
If I can help you any more - don't hesitate to contact me with any more questions.
Kim

thanks for the reply. The people that I have spoken to at Church in the Gardens have been so friendly and helpful, plus they offer VPK which is a bonus. I think it would be a much closer commute to Abacoa (where we will be renting) than Tequesta.

Yes, I agree that Church in the Gardens will be closer to Abacoa than Tequesta is. I really think you'll be happy there. If you need any additional advice - don't hesitate to ask.
