Century Village Boca HOA fees
Does anyone know what the HOA fees for Century Village include? Are any utilities included in the HOA? And what is included in the clubhouse/recreation fee? Thanks

Usually HOA fees only include: garbage pickup, parking spot, lawn maintenance, sewer, cable TV. I have never owned where there is a separate clubhouse/rec. fee?!

Thanks...yes, I was talking to several people & there is a separate clubhouse fee which seems to be around the same as the HOA. Does anyone know any good realtors?

The HOA fee and rec. fee in Century Village Boca Raton for a 1 bedroom condo are just under $400 & $500 for a 2 bedroom, the HOA fee vary according to the size of condo and association. The fees cover exterior maintenance, water, sewer, cable TV, garbage pickup, gate security, building insurance, community buses and clubhouse. Electricity and insurance for damage to personal items and interior finishes incase of hurricane or fire is not included.
The prices for units in Century Village have come down in price, depending on condition of interior, updated units run higher in price. Recent sales have been as low in the $20k for a 1 bedroom with no central a/c to $90’s for the more desirable locations in CV for a 2 bedroom. But in general most units sell from mid $30’s to mid $50’s. There is plenty to choose in Century Village Boca Raton.
If you like you can contact me with what you are looking for in Century Village Boca Raton; I’m a realtor who works in that area.
