Default Lake Park vs. Lantana vs. West Palm Beach

Lake Park - Venetian Isles Drive
Lantana - Reflections Blvd.
West Palm Beach - Sandstone Lane

Those who are familiar with these locations:
if you could, please tell me which is the best, safest, etc....

Or, if anyone can tell me where else is the nicest and safest place. I hear that Wellington is nice but it's too expensive. We will be renting, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Lake Park in general is not a great area. Although there are some areas in transition. Wellington is very nice and a lot safer. There are plenty of less expensive rentals in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach that I would consider first.

we want our maximum rent to be around $750...possibly a gated community if possible, fitness center, pool, washer & dryer in the unit, pets...we only need a 1 bed 1 bath. there are a lot of places within our price range. It's the location that I'm worried about.

Well, in West Palm Beach I would recommend the Villages area for that price:

VILLAGES LARGE 1 BEDROOM SUPER CLEAN

I have never seen that apartment complex, but the surrounding area is "OK" - not "nice."

Willoughby Cove is nice. Stuart is very different from Palm Beach County. Any particular reason why you're not looking anywhere between West Palm and Stuart? Like North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, etc.?
