I will be working PRN at Good Samaritan Hospital and will not live in WPB at this time but if I decide to take a fulltime job there I will have to find an apt at that time. Looking on rent.com they are very expensive. Does anyone know anything about Indian Trace or Azalae Village? They both look nice but looks can be deceiving. Give me any info you have, I would greatly appreciate it.

west palm beach is not that bad. the bad areas are in the northern part. if you are coming from philly you will laugh at these neighborhoods. truth is, west palm beach has a feel of an empty ghost town in alot of parts... I always find myself wondering how there can be all this crime when no one seems to be around to commit it.

You need to drive through Riviera Beach at night sometime. Or even walk around Northhood but yeah nothing compares to Philly around here, parts of Miami-Dade, Liberty City and Overtown are about as bad as it gets.

Yeah true, Rawviera gets rough, but I consider that a whole nother seperate city from wpb. I don't think the OP was gonna be looking into Riviera Beach for places to live. But yeah, if u don't like hoods, stay away from there.

I went through seven years of college and graduate school to get my current job, so it's obviously not something that everyone can do. And wonderful? Ha, no, some days I hate it, but that has nothing to do with West Palm.

As for good neighborhoods in the West Palm area, tell us what your budget for rent or owning is, what you are looking for (city living, country living, suburban living) and we can help you out.

I still don't know where "Clemens" street is though, sorry. Do you mean "Clematis" street?
