When we were looking in Wellington we were impressed with the entrance to Black Diamond and the large homes. THen we went into a home that renters were in and obviously did not care about people coming in to look. I couldn't get out of the home fast enough. I have no knowledge about the neighborhood itself, just the bad vibe we got from the home we looked at. My advice would be to drive around the neighborhood at different times of day and talk to the people that live in the neighborhood. I found that a home maybe great, but it's going to be the neighborhood and people that live there that will make you the happiest.

What ever you do,, do not buy a home there. we lived there til recently,, there were demons and devils and many bad things that happened in the community, People got cancer,, there were a few murders and a lot people who lived there died of suicide,, even several people who attempted suicide, Stay away heard it was built on an Indian burial ground and its sagret ground!! a lot of evil,, property values are horrible.. Bad luck bad vibes and haunted homes!! it drives people out of community!! I you live there, leave while the going is good.. sad things happened there!!
