Anyone Live In Or Near Greystone
Hi everyone. I am a 28 year old new father two a beautiful lil 2 day old boy and my wife is 23. We currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath in Parkland. We are looking to get into a bigger house now with the baby and the need for a home office. Bigger houses in Parkland are just unnafordable. We have put a contract in at greystone for a 5/4.
Does anyone live in there or near there? I am reading about Boynton being unsafe and lowclass. From the few times I have gone to the development I dont see anything to be concerned about. Can anyone eloborate or give their opinions. Thanks.
