If you loved it I would not let others opinion sway you. I am in Boca right now but was looking in Wellington today for a rental as I am moving next month somewhere in FL I don't know. Every area I think has its positives and negatives so it is just finding what best suits you.

Lot's of rentals here in Welly World, lots' of people moving out.
