Default Century Village - what are the differences between

We are thinking of locating to one of the villages but are unsure which is the better for us. We are in late 50's early 60's but are ready to retire and move to the warmth of Florida. Just not sure where. We are coming down in June to look around and would appreciate any help as to where others would consider relocating to. We will only have a week when we get there and want to concentrating on areas recommended to us.

I don't think too young, most active senior communities are 55 and over. Good luck and have fun !!

Century Village would be the LAST place I'd live. Miserable people there.

Century Village is 55 and over only. It is a very active community for seniors. They are like cities in themselves with bus service, all kinds of clubs and facilities, pools, card games, sports, new movies, etc. Just about everything for seniors. You wouldn't even need a car really. It's not for everyone but it has its advantages especially if you are older.
