Any recommendations? Looking to relocate from NY in the next 2 months.

I would also check out Mizner Court at Broken Sound. It's a condo conversion, but like Mizner on the Green, they do rentals there also. They have also been totally remodeled with granite, stainless steel, etc. You'll get more for your money there than Mizner on the Green. I know - I've lived in both places. At Mizner on the Green, you are paying for the location, which is prime. Both are safe communities.

Exactly right- I like to walk to my watering holes and eaterys.
