Default Comcast HSI or ATT DSL in North Palm Beach

I trying to make a decision on which is better in speed, downtime, and etc. Comcast is cheaper, but is the service better. ATT uverse isn't available in 33408 yet.

Thanks for all the help!

I've had both. The speed is the same. The customer service is better with ATT when you have an issue, Comcast is more rude. Like when my service went down they gave me a 48 hr commitment and claimed it wasn't an outage even though other neighbors' went down. ATT is not that rude.

The other functionality is different but I don't use it. Like the email, homepages etc. Comcast had an email problem where all my emails disappeared and they said they never heard of that. LOL yeah right.

My son is a graphic artist and uses the highest speeds they both offer and had no complaints about it from either carrier.

For me it boils down to the location of the jacks since my wireless card is dead and I haven't bothered to replace it yet since I'm in the middle of a project and don't want to lose any data or send my laptop out in case of a problem.

If you're wired you need to be near a tv jack or a phone jack so that's what determines which one I use. Right now it's Comcast since I don't want to fish wires in my nice new walls etc.

We have Comcast phone and internet service, and I can't tell you how many times my home phone goes DEAD!!!!! It is SO annoying. I guess this is the price I am now paying for a cheaper plan (AT & T was more exp).
