How does Coral Springs compare to Boca? (Coconut Creek: rentals, good schools)

We're heading down in a few weeks to look at rentals, I hear lots of good things about Boca but how does Coral Springs hold up as far as safety, schools etc etc. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am not the expert in this as I was not in FL for so long but am returning to live in Boca and have heard Boca has very good schools and also I think is more expensive in general then Coral Springs. Another community near Coral Springs is Coconut Creek which is nice to. When I was looking for a place it seems all places have their patches of not so good which I was not used to from where I am from.
