What are the better mediocre areas to live in, in palm beach county that aren't in a development/gated community?

"Mediocre?"

Hmmm...well..... check out Southern West Palm Beach, South of Belvedere Rd, West of Dixie (Parker Ridge, Vedado, etc.).... 33405 zip code.

Also, look into North Palm Beach and parts of older Palm Beach Gardens for some good, less expensive, older neighborhoods without HOA.

What is your price range?

There are plenty of condos in that price range.

For example, though, there is also a listing in the Vedado neighborhood of West Palm Beach right now - a short sale. A home in Vedado was once featured on HGTV's "My House is Worth What?"

You can also do a search further our West, into Royal Palm Beach, where there are many options of townhomes and single family homes.

That house in Vedado on HGTV was so pretty!

Look into Westwood Gardens and Westwood Lakes townhomes in Palm Beach Gardens. 3 bedroom 2 bath and many for $150k and below.

www.palmbeach.expertrealty.com allows you to search neighborhoods within towns if you'd like to see some listings.

If you give me an idea of what you are looking for, I would be glad to send you some of my ideas. Do you have children ? Planning on them? First time home-buyers? Looking for condo or Townhome? Low HOA Fees.. Give me some " MUST HAVES" and I will send you my thoughts...
All the best, Marla
