Wellington View vs Talavera

Some of the places I looked at that were actually mailing address of Lake Worth people tried to pass off as Wellington. The concern would be of school district as I heard Wellington has a better one. I am not familiar with the places you listed but did rent in Wellington at the Polo Club and it was very nice. There was plenty to do and it seemed like a nice place to have a family. Also when you come here and look at a place I suggest driving around a few miles in all directions from where you will live. Coming from out of state I did not know that sometimes the place you rent at is nice but a mile a way is not. Just what I found.

We ended up at Wellington View. We drove to Talavera and as soon as you turned the corner, the neighborhood became less desirable. Versailles had a beautiful entrance but we were a bit spooked by the large inventory of houses for sale.

Versailles was fraud haven for mortgages. We looked in there ... some have nice architecture, yet WAY too close to the next house.

The problem is the amount assessed on the house price for their ostentatious entryway.

As far as land/soil/water issues ... the answer to "other" areas having problems is YES, some made slight news ... most were "overlooked" during the housing boom ... go ahead and ask an inspector for wellington.
