Hi I am moving down from stuart and have an 85 lbs lab . Looking at condos with lease options in the west palm beach area! Ive looked at City Palms but they wont let you lock in a price when you move in. Anybody know of anyplace else..

P.S : I love City Palms ! and i'm totally bummed about their stupid policy!

haven't seen one yet. Are City Palms still way overpriced? Last time I went there (3-4 months ago) they wanted 400k for a 2/2...
Cityplace South just foreclosed.
Right now I rent in the Edge and they don't have that available here. Not sure if I'd buy here anyway with the new bus station that just went up. They do allow large dogs though our friend has a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that is as big as a small horse.
Might want to find a six month rental and then get in on a short sale or look for a slightly older building where you can go through an owner. If you would like any help feel free to DM me.
Good luck!

I don't think the prices are going UP any time soon... I don't believe they're even at bottom yet everywhere. Did you check the comps? Are they selling? I you love it there why not rent now and look carefully. Might as well enjoy the place if you love it so much then figure out your options later, imo.

Besides rent to own options of buildings downtown, you have to be wary of size limits. 85 pounds is usually too large for most buildings, unfortunately.
