Default best condo communities in palm beach gardens?

Which condo communities are recomended in palm beach gardens? I'm looking for amenities, good staff, under $400 HOA fees monthly and good location.

So far I have looked at midtown, legends legacy and fiore.

Try going to searchlikeapro.listingbook.com, it is easy to use and it's free. Once you are in it you can put all that criteria in that is important to you...although i dont think there is a search button for "good staff " . Goodluck with your search...

It's all about price range I suppose.... are you looking to buy?

There are condo communities in Mirasol, in PGA National, Miraflores, Evergrene.....

If I were you I would expand my search to the town of Jupiter, specifically, the Abacoa development. There are lots and lots of condos and townhomes in your price range, it's basically right across the street from Fiore. It's a 5 minute drive to the Gardens mall and PGA restaurant corridor, the same 10 minute drive to the beach as the other Gardens developments, with the added bonus that with many of the townhomes and condos in Abacoa, you are walkable to Roger Dean Stadium (baseball), and Abacoa town center, which has little shops and restaurants, etc.

This is a good site from the Palm Beach Post, to give you an idea of some of the options in your price range in Abacoa:

Search Real Estate Listings | Florida Home

You can also use that same site to shop different developments, neighborhoods, etc. in Palm Beach Gardens.

Thanks TriMT7, thats some great information right there!

I am actually looking into abacoa as well. I am a huge baseball fan so thats a plus. 5 minutes to the mall sounds great. I'll have to consider abacoa more seriously now, thanks!

Midtown at the Gardens is a new condo on PGA that seems to be blowing out their remaining units. I've see a few sales under $100,000. Definitely worth a look...

The midtown units' only downfall is that you may feel like you're living in a strip plaza. However, it is very convenient to the restaurants at Midtown, and walkable to the plaza next door with Publix, etc.
