she would want 2-3 bedrooms. A townhouse or highrise would be okay too.

um...there is a very vibrant Jewish community in Boca. I personally don't like Boyton. Also consider Juno Beach, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, because they have better beaches and you can live right on the water far more reasonably than in Boca.

Default Palm Beach Gardens

What about Palm Beach Gardens, Me and my husband want to sell our condo, he's been in the location for 10 yrs and loves it. It's in a 55+ community. I married him and we can't have a baby here so we need to move. Interested?

I am in Boca and this is very heavily populated Jewish and snow bird area Where I am at 60 percent plus are snow birds. Parts of Delray and I say parts are the same. Does she want an over 55? Those tend to be more reasonable. The price range she could get a condo but many have hoa fees that are very high so that is something one must look at. Many though have clubs where there are activities and your mom could meet people through that.

If you are looking at gated communities in Boca, West Delray they are over $200,000...there are several
other communities not gated with villas, etc. right now even under $100,000 depends on what you want,
amenities, etc...check out realtor.com with a 33484 zip code for West Delray and check it out. Good luck.

Hi we have a condo in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are trying to sell because it is a 55+ community and we are not able to start a family here. WE just don't have the room. My husband bought it as a bachelor 12 years ago for his elderly parents and then they decided they were not interested. He renovated the entire condo and has kept it up to date. Best condo in the community. We are not useing a realtor. Please look at the listing we put out on this site
3154 Meridian Way S Condo 3, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 - 990 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms.
