Hi we are looking to buy in Jupiter. Any thoughts on Paseos? Are there many children there/family oriented? I like the houses, low HOA, is there anything I am missing? Thanks!

It's nice and people that I know that live in there are really happy. Lots of kids!

Just look at an aerial photo, big powerplant/ powerstation on the east side and you probably don't want to buy/rent near the east side of the neighborhood.

I have lots of friends in there. The crowd on Via Rosina has a ton of fun. Great neighborhood.

Nice neighborhood. There weren't any kids when I was at the playground there one afternoon. Be careful not to buy a house near the power plant.

Technology has killed pretty much seeing any kids in any neighborhood anymore

The problem is that kids can't play outside because it's too hot and then when it ever cools down, mosquitoes come out. It's just no way to live. I wanted my kids to be able to enjoy nature and go outside so we moved back to CA. If you don't mind spraying DEET all over your kids like the other parents do, then they can be outside, but I was too scared of cancer risk especially after seeing all the childhood cancer billboards everywhere.

Back to “The Walking Dead State of California”??? Woowww, Who in their right minds will do that ??? Unless you felt suicidal or do not care about life anymore, maybe then right ??
