Default Villas at Juno

Does anyone have any info about the Villas at Juno in Juno Beach? My mom and I went to look at rentals there, but we can't find any reviews of the place. We have looked at some nightmarish rental communities, but this one looks okay. However, we all know that looks can be deceiving. I am especially concerned about security. Thanks!

I live in Juno and am familiar with the Villas. I dont live too far away.
In my few years here Ive never seen or heard anything bad about them.
We looked into renting one and the rent certainly was as good as you're
going to get in that area. Ive walked through many times and its always been
quiet. Crime is going to be a concern anywhere in FL, but Juno is probably
the safest town in all of South Florida. If my Mom was to move here, Id have
no problems with her in the Villas. Just make sure you read and understand
the HOA docs carefully. I hope this is a little help.......

Thank you very much for your helpful comments about the Villas of Juno. I appreciate your taking the time to convey your thoughts. I feel a little reassured by what you wrote, but I am curious: since you looked into renting there, what made you change your mind and rent elsewhere? Are there any other areas of Juno that you could recommend, since you live there? We really like that area. Thanks!

After our first year here, we wanted to move closer to the
beach and we did find an apartment right on the beach so thats
why we didnt move into the Villas. Its still an easy walk, though.
I think anybody would love the Seminole or any of those apartments
on Celestial Way. Most of them are 55 communities and the location
is fabulous ! It is a very quiet park that is also right on the beach.
Also, the Police Department is right there on Celestial Way.
People in Juno are sort of quiet and older and the lifestyle around
there reflects that.

Default Villas at Juno

Thank you for your additional advice @ living in Juno Beach! I apologize for my delay in acknowledging it. (I was traveling and without internet for awhile). It sounds like you found an ideal spot to live in @ there! I plan to take my mom back to the Juno area in a few weeks and look at the other places you mentioned besides the Villas. I'll ask at the police dept. @ crime issues there. My mom is a senior, and she lived on the beach for 31 years. She doesn't necessarily have to live right next to the ocean any more, but being within walking distance to it would be a plus. Hopefully we will find a nice place @ there that satisfies her needs and won't keep me up at night worrying about her safety.
