Default usual cost of electricity, cable, water in delray beach?

Hi,

My husband and I are thinking about moving to Delray Beach next year. We are going to rent first. However, some of the rentals say that you have to pay for electricity, water and cable. Does anyone have ballpark estimates for these utilities? also, what is the name of the cable company that services the Delray area?

Most units you'll have to pay electric. We're renting a 1200 sqft unit and our electric is 85 a month most the year and 100 in the dead of summer. Pretty reasonable if you ask me.
Not sure who services Delray we have DirecTV and it's like 75 a month but we have HD and DVR and all that stuff.
Many rentals include water but that should be fairly minimal.

One thing for sure, I will definitely be cheaper than Lake Worth.
