Property manager / management company in 33404?
I own a condo-townhouse in a gated community in the 33404 area (Riviera Beach / West Palm Beach) that I'd like to rent out and need a property manager to take care of collecting the rental cheques, repairs, evictions, tenant placement and screening, inspections, etc.
I've already checked AllPropertyManagement (dotcom) and was only able to find one company so far and I have no real way to find out if they are reputable or not. I've also already asked my Realtor to help me with this and she is still currently working on a list for me but in the meantime, I thought I'd check here as well.
Can anyone recommend a good property manager or property management company servicing this area that they've had good first-hand experience with? Thanks in advance.
