I need suggestions for a good hair salon/stylist in the Wellington area.
I just moved here recently and I need to get my hair cut. Do any of you have any suggestions on a salon and stylist near the Wellington / Royal Palm area? Thanks so much!

I don't know of a specific person but when I go to a new place I just try to specify not the brand new stylist. I know they may be good being new but still feel more comfortable with someone who had more experience. I am not sure if they do hair but I heard that Nordtroms gives good manicure/pedicures. It is hard finding new people for stuff like this as I am in the same position. I got a bad cut here in Boca so am waiting till I go home for a visit got my next.

best hair place
The absolute best hair dresser in Wellinton is Visions Salon. Tom the owner has an established business and very chick upscale salon with the best products. He and his staff are excellent and will provide you with excellent service.

Try Generations Hair in Wellington, reasonable prices and nice young people working there. It has an upscale look/feel but prices are average.

You get what you pay for. It all depends on what you call expensive. for me it is not expensive. I am used to Manattan NY prices. The services and products they use are worth it.

I've been going to Visions for about 10 years and intend to stick with them. Tom has a great attitude toward customer satisfaction. I've tried a number of different salons in Wellington and prices are all about the same, unless you have a simple bob cut, in which case you might find a walk-in salon for less.

I prefer to just put a stainless steel bowl on my head and cut around the edges, works like a charm. No $10 tip required either. Helps pay for that monthly bottle of Fekkai.
