Yes, I believe it's just west of Lyons on Lake Worth Road. I am not familiar with the neighborhood, though I do recall passing it and the homes looked very nice. In my opinion, LW Road is a bit more congested than say Lantana or Hypoluxo and points south. Good luck!

Thanks! We'll be there hopefully on tuesday to get serious about looking. I really need to learn where the best local Publix is, and even if there's a Winn Dixie, Albertsons, I see there is a Whole Foods not too far away although they are pretty overpriced on some things. But they sell free range chickens I think.

Anyone know where the closest real Italian deli/grocery store that sells Fresh Mozzarella is? Gotta have fresh mozz. Please help if you can.

I know there used to be a terrific Asian grocery down on Forest Hills called Fortune Cookie. Are they still open? Is anyone familiar with any others?

Where's the closest fresh fish market assuming one exists? I like to go to an occasional gourmet market. Used to go to Carmines when I lived in Ft Lauderdale. I see there's a Carmines in Palm Bch Gardens. Any others around? How about in Wellington?

We have a Richard's Whole Foods" where we live now. It's a large health foods store that's very customer service oriented with helpful and knowledgable staff to help answer questions about everything ranging from their extensive inventory of suppliments to bulk grains, seeds, etc. Is there anything like it in Lake Worth and also the LW area?

Thanks!

Lake Worth Road west of the turnpike is not what I would call congested. It is six lane and travel isn't really an issue. When you travel east of Jog Road, you do run into more commercial activitiy and hence more traffic. The western areas are pretty smooth traveling. The gang activities you speak of are primarily in eastern areas & older neighborhoods east of I-95. Greenacres does have some issues also, but west of Jog road is pretty uniform throughout the county. Newer neighborhoods, better traffic flow etc. I prefer living east and closer to the beach, a few trade-offs but I love the area. If you're looking for a quieter lifestyle ,west of Jog is your best bet.
