palm beach gardens is great. bought a house there late last year and now just came back to NYC from there and we miss it so much. We are strongly considering making it our perm home. I cant say anything bad about the gardens in the 6+ months we were there. Its a great area.

Borders? I wouldn't say that. More like 'transitions' into Riviera Beach. There's a buffer from, say Northlake Blvd and Congress (around Lakewood Park), that transitions into Riviera Bch. Most of Palm Bch Gardens is pretty desirable as long as you're north of Northlake.

people make such a big deal about it being close to riviera beach. Its really ridiculous. I took my car to the nissan dealership in riviera beach and its a good 5-10 minute drive to get there. People are so paranoid. Crime happens everywhere. Palm beach gardens has a good crime rate, that is all you can ask for. Riviera beach is not even a factor when you live in palm beach gardens, its another world.

So what, how is this even a factor? Has there been a noticeable increase in crime in these schools? Crime can happen in any school. This is nonsense. I went to school in williamsburg brooklyn when it was NOT a low crime desirable area to live in and I never had any bad experiences there. I was about one of the few white kids in the school, kids actually called me white boy. You cant keep your kids in a bubble all their lives.
