Looking for Rustic Cabin? (Man: for sale, rent, homes)

If you, or anyone you know has a hunting cabin or rustic home that is secluded, that you are not using anymore. I am looking to rent a rustic cabin for the year, or possibly longer, depending on the price, in Calhoun, Roane, or Richie counties! I would prefer Calhoun if possible! Does not have to have indoor plumbling, or a bunch of bedrooms, etc...Some sort of water supply would be a great plus. Please contact me through this site. Thanks guys! =)

You're not from around here. Many homes - not necessarily rustic, but in need of a few repairs with bedrooms, indoor plumbing and running water, heck even electricity - are to be had for what would be a drop in the bucket just about anywhere else. Just drive around and look for the "For Sale" signs on the fence, in the yard or in a window. Many folks that want to sell will settle for renting until housing makes a comeback. Never hurts to ask.

Thanks Alice. No I'm not from WV, I've been there quite a few times. We have not been there for a few years, the housing was booming when we were there last. From the looks of the prices it looks like things are still a little high. We are needing something in the woods.We could never afford to buy right now, but maybe someday. Thanks for your imput.
