Moving to Fairmont, WV (Bridgeport: rental, townhouse, schools)

Moving to East Fairmont. I'm planning to find a rental townhouse until my family and I have more time to search for a house. My son liked East Fairmont HS ( I heard bad comments about Bridgeport) so we will need to live within school's district limit. We already looked at Chateu South and the waiting list is huge. Does anybody know any other nice places to rent close to school? Thanks for your help.

I use to live in Fairmont and I knew a family who lived in a townhouse community in the Benton's Ferry area. Which is off the exit where Cracker Barrel is located (interestate 79) It goes down that road. I don't remember the name though. If I remember correctly, I think your children would go to East side schools. I also know there is a townhouse community in Watson but that is the West Fairmont High area. I hope this helps a little. These townhome communities are older in age I believe than Chateau South. Good luck.
