That's exactly what they are telling us to do, pay the overcharged amount and they'll adjust the bill. Yeah right! They shouldn't need my money to do that.
The lady keeps saying we don't understand their billing system. They also said someone would call back within an hour today, nobody called back.
Our bill here in town stayed the same.
A little correction on my earlier post... We initially wanted the $28 plan, but to avoid the $200 cancellation fee when we turn it off for the winter, we took the $34.95 plan, which has been costing us $100.

The Herald's Frontier landline is down, which could affect updates.
Landline service frequently goes down when there is a brief disruption of electric service.
Electric service has been slamming-off several times daily this summer.
The phone service has been down most of today (Monday).
However, at times, Internet service is working and the Herald can be reached by e-mail.
