I use a Pre, but on Spint, Morgantown is spotty due to the hills. In town it's ok. It's great in Wheeling/St Clairsville. Acceptable in Weirton/Steubenville. Sketchy in between the major cities of the panhandle.

Nobody. I had AT&T before Sprint...they were terrible...nTelos before them...they just use the Sprint towers...Verizon and T Mobile aren't even in WV. US Cellular is the only one left and I have no idea how good they are. It's those hills...they mess up reception big time. Get him one of those Magicjacks for home and it will always work. It's what I have. I only get one bar out here in Bakers Ridge...
