Default historic sites in Buckhannon

I recently visited Buckhannon and happend to see an auction getting ready to start at the old Leonard Memorial Hospital. Apparently it closed in 1988 and has sat there unused since then. We looked around in there as the company was preparing for the auction tomorrow and although it looked hardly a board squeaked in the old part we were told it was going to be torn down.

It looked as if the last shift left and didn't return. There were even bio-waste bags still there. A bag of blood (YES BLOOD) had been dropped on the floor and was congealing on the tile.

Does anyone know any more info about this neat old place?

Thanks!
