Default Charleston/Huntington should have subtopics?

I noted that some of the state rooms are getting separate rooms for certain cities. Just a suggestion, but I think it would be a good idea in the WV room for Charleston and Huntington to have their own rooms. They're the two largest cities in the state, get a fair enough amount of questions about them, and Charleston after all is the capital city.
