Default Wanted: Realtor to put contingency offer on Foreclosure

I am looking for a realtor who will help us put an offer on a foreclosure in Martinsburg contingent on us selling our home in northern VA. Our house will be listed on 1/22/11 and we already have someone lined up to see it. I just want to see what the bank says even though others are saying they won't entertain the offer. Anyone willing to take on this task?

If you already have a realtor listing your home for sale, why not ask them to write the offer for you or refer you to someone with a WV license.

You can ask an attorney to make an offer for you but you will have to pay them whether or not your offer is accepted.

Our realtor is not licensed in WV. The realtor we are currently working with will not submit an offer on the property for us until our house is under contract with a 30 day closing date. Everyone tells you not to look at houses until yours is sold, now I see why I'm on pins and needles hoping the other house does not sell before we can get under contract with our house!
