Default Berry Hills golf

Hi. I will be driving up from Charlotte this coming weekend to meet a friend and we are looking for a great golf course to play. From what I can see, Berry Hills is it, but it's private. Anyone know a member that would be interested in bringing along two guests on either Friday or Saturday, May 6th or 7th? Please DM me if you know anyone. Thanks in advance!

Oh, and if not, any other recommendations on better public courses not too far from Cross Lanes?

After a little more poking around, let me add Edgewood CC to this request Thanks!

Coonskin Park has a par 3 that is nice, but very "easy"

Sandy Brae is about 27 miles north on I-79, but it is a great course to play

Thanks chriscross.....'easy' is not a requirement for us...super nice conditions are.....ie fluffy fairways and nice, consistent greens. we don't mind paying a lil extra for a higher end course. I'll check out sandy online.
