need April '08 Beckley home rental for ~1 yr
We will be moving to [probably] Charleston next spring (May), but are interested in a relatively small rental house in Beckley. My wife will attend school there a few days a week, and I may work there every once in awhile. Usually one or the other of us, but sometimes both, would stay in Beckley about 8 nights a month.
If there are any agencies or websites that could help us, that would be appreciated.
I saw the 4-15-07 thread from somebody in a similar situation, so I will probably end up using the newspaper and some local real estate agents.
