Thanks bballjunkie! I'm open as to where the warehouse is located since I won't have to be involved in the day-to-day once everything is up and running. It doesn't even have to necessarily be a true warehouse - an empty supermarket or factory building would work just as well. I'll definitely check out Wood. I've always managed to find buildings that were super inexpensive because they've been vacant for so long - that what I'll be looking for in WV, too.
It's going to be 2 to 3 years before I transfer everything up there, so I don't want to put you through any trouble for phone numbers or anything. When it gets about a year off, I'll start putting everything in motion. I'm so excited to know that WV seems to be becoming more business friendly!
