My husband, father in law and I are moving again by next october before our least is up on Novemeber 1st. We reside in Weirton Wva, we do not want to move to much further from Pittsburgh Pa. It takes us about an hour to get to the cemetery where my mother in law is buried so we do not want to move to much further to drive to and from.
Our neighbor's parents live in Folansbee with over 20 acres of land. We do not want alot of land at all like that but more country like where the homes are a bit further a part and some nice big yard as well for our dog Samantha. We have to rent again cause we just don't have money for down payment to get a loan just yet unless by miracle we could. could someone give me some locations for areas to call country living with a house that is a must to rent or rent to own would be great. We live on the Marland Hights right now and kinda need to live more country. Thanks. Angel |

How can I explain it. More where there is a bit more land with a house to rent or rent to own.
More farm like or camping like. In between woods and farm like I would say. |

Staying within an hour of Pittsburgh pretty much is going to limit you to the Northern Panhandle, or the counties along the southern border of PA.
You might look into the Cameron area, or anywhere along Rte 7 from New Martinsville to Morgantown. Snorpus |

I will take a look at that and bring it up with my hubby and his dad. But I have a feeling that if we want country we may have to wait on that.

angellewis .... you don't mentionwhere you work, but finding a place slightly out in the country with a couple of acres of land doesn't seem too hard to me. slightly north out of weirton is swearingen hill/wylie ridge. it's been years since i've been out there, but you should be able to find "county living" in that direction. along the eastern edge of hancock county .... from weirton up to new manchester ..... should provide fairly easy access to pittsburgh.
if you interested in living in pa, there are plenty of places off of rt 22 leading up into pittsburgh. colliers, burgettstown, etc. it's not much further to follow rt 22 over into ohio, slightly west of steubenville. seems like there should be plenty of places in that direction. again, that could affect your daily work commute. if you're looking for a place in the country with slightly more land, i think that you're right in the middle of it all. |

I work at Krogers on 3 Springs drive right now. I can transfer if I have to. I would rather stay at this one but hey what can I do. My hubby is free alot and I have his dad who could drive me to work. I am willing to drive 30 mins to work if I have to.
Thank you for the other location. We came from Pa and want to stay out of it. |

we are going back up there in few days and start from Wylie Ridge, our friend lives right off of Kings Creek Road and that is where Wylie Ridge is at. |
