Sweet Frog [Martinsburg & maybe soon Ranson, WV] Favorite flavors and toppings (health, rating)

There's so many different flavors and various toppings that I've decided it might be interesting to see what the C-D forum folks who have ever been to a Sweet Frog choose.

Example:

Small cup / Large cup?
Usually get the small cup


One flavor only?
I've only done this once or twice and it was the blackberry and choose fruit toppings: blackberries.

More than two flavors?
Lately, my fave has been Red Velvet and Mint

Fruit or candy/cake flavors/mix?
When I'm not doing strictly the fruit, I'd go for ones mentioned above. I've rarely used the combo levers.
I'm surprised that I haven't done just chocolate. I'll reserve that for my stops at Costco when I get their chocolate non-fat frozen yogurt.


Toppings:

Fruits only?
When I did just the blacberries frozen yogurt, I put the blackberries on top and nothing else.


Candy toppings only?
A spoonful of mini M&M's.

Syrups - Hot Fudge, Caramel, Marshmellow, others, mixing?
My mint has seen hot fudge, caramel and marshmellow.

Layering? Any particular order? Decorating?
Circling and slight swirling. Sprinkled the spoonful of the m&m's around.

Would love to hear of your favorite flavors and toppings .....

I usually get a small cup of cake batter yogurt & add heath bar topping.

I usually enjoy doing what I call a tropical mix. I'll start with pina colada yogurt, and mix it with banana yogurt (when they have it). Then, I load up on tropical fruits: pineapples, kiwis, and any other fruit that looks tasty. Sometimes, I'll finish it off with coconut shavings on top. Very refreshing! -mmccul

I like to pretend I'm healthy with the fruit toppings, but I would not recommend the tart I think it is called it is like plain yogurt. I stick with vanilla, cotton candy is good with marshmallow topping.

Yeah the tart flavored yogurt is pretty nasty.
