It's a negative story of one person who did something terrible. It doesn't really fit into the "city-data" setting. its just not good policy for our forum.

His actions don't reflect on wv. Guy was a lose. Perhaps a poster here knows him.

Southern wv and McDowell county are infamous for corruption.
