Default Help Please - Charleston

Hello, my sister just recently accepted a job offer in the Charleston area. She'll be working as a chemical engineer for the DuPont plant in Belle, WV. She's 23 years old and will be graduating from Ohio State this year. From what I researched the plant where she'll be working at is about 8 miles from Charleston. Any suggestions on nice neighborhoods to live in near the vicinity of this area? She'll be needing apartment selections. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Default living in charleston

At that age you'd probably want to live in the heart of charleston..downtown...south hills...or south ridge are all good.

I go out in Charleston and would not recommend living downtown for sure. A good place would be South Charleston( Montrose Drive, Forest Circle, Rosemont Ave) or Spring Hill.. Just my thoughts!

TheNida- i disagree. It's a torture to live in SoChas being a single 23 y.o.
Downtown Charleston has many nice places to live. they are expensive but very nice. exactly what a young lady with stable income needs.
