Identified were Kyle Kirkpatrick, 32, from Hulbert, OK, Terry Lee Richard, Jr., 27, Bokoshe, OK, Nutter Fort Volunteer Fireman Michael Dale Garrett, 28, Clarksburg, WV, all killed in the accidents. It is especially tragic when the victims are so young.
