Must be as we have not had a Boston Market in this area but it would be nice to
get one

Don't believe we have had a Pearl Vision either but can't say for sure.

Walked into KMart to check on those deals that were supposed to have started [11/9/17] yesterday.
They had signs up for their "Holiday" Sale. There was a sign posting about all sales final, no returns. I would be wary about buying appliance type items. If they don't work, what will you do? Unless you're a handy type person or know someone who can. DH and I didn't see much but maybe we were there before the employees had a chance to mark down ALL their items.

there sales for the most part were jokes when they closed their Elkins location. they raised prices then put it on sale. till the last round of price cuts nothing was a bargain. you could still find 95% of their so called sale items cheaper somewhere else. its amazing this poorly run company lasted as long as it did.

In many instances, a liquidation company buys the inventory, jack up the prices, and then put it on sale.

http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/927-F...rg-WV/8279931/

Loopnet shows 7,605 of the 12,578 SF Shoppes at Foxcroft (Chipotle, Panda Express) back on the market as of 11/15/17. Is this a misprint or did Fresenius Dialysis move out of there?

I have not heard that one yet, but wow...if that is true it's a sad sign of the times.

Although I think Berkeley Plaza has been gradually pulling more customers as they continue improve their facility over the years while keeping prices very reasonable.

I've heard that Crossroads Church in Shepherdstown is buying the building.

A recent YouTube video shows construction progress on the Lowe's outparcel (Aspen, Verizon) and the former Ryan's (Starbucks, Blaze Pizza).

I didn't know they were using the existing Ryan's building for the project. I feel that has potential to be really aesthetically pleasing if done well.

hahaha the ONLY improvements at BP was when the eatery next door caused Fire/Smoke damage.... then the Insurance of the Eatery covered that! Too bad they didn't Upgrade for the Handicap. Double shame when Regal came along didnt bother either!
