Both really nice homes - you live in a very nice area! First one would be perfect but doubt they would ever accept that much less. Second one is also really nice but trying to keep bed/laundry on main floor as I've had issues with my knees. Going to physical therapy now and it is helping greatly, so who knows! Appreciate you taking the time to chk it out for me!

You may want to look at this property (see link below). Located about 1.5 miles off I-81 in north Berkeley County. It is listed for $240,000 and is located in a nice subdivision. Blue Ridge Community College (Martinsburg) has a new building off Rt. 45 (about 8 miles away). University of Charleston and Shepherd University have satelite buildings in Martinsburg. Also, Hagerstown Community College (Hagerstown, MD) is about 20 miles away.
