where to rent vs. get a job
I was thinking I should live where its cheap to get an apartment and work where there are more jobs and it may be more expensive...
live in:
Weston
Buckhannon
Morgantown (the daily athenaeum newspaper has some cheap apartments with and without roomates)
Work in:
Clarksburg/Bridgeport
Morgantown
Does this sound about right ? This will be after I'm done with my classes this spring and I'll move in about 6-9 months.. I hope.

basically I want just a one bedroom apt/ one bath. heat & ac.
jobs would be administrative support/clerical/secretarial/etc things like that.
I guess that was kind of a vague question.

I think that you will find some of the apartment rentals in Morgantown to be higher due to the University, but that may be less true once you get away from the traditional student housing areas. Of course, if you are just looking for a 1 br, that will keep the cost down.
Where are you living now? What do you expect your budget to be?

Thanks
I am going to try to not spend more than 400 a month on rent (with or without roomate). Up to 500 is possible, but they say that you shouldn't spend more than a third of your income on housing. The job would be clerical. I have been working at a hotel for a year and have prior customer service/unsupervised experience. I also in the spring will have a business support specialist certification. I live in Maryland now, and I know it will be difficult to get an 11 or $12/hr job in wv. So I am trying to find out where the cheap places are in these areas to live and the more expensive ones to work so they might pay me more.
