LOL city- I know tall people have it hard. My dad's side of the family is nordic 6'8" minimum and overhead clearance is NOT an option. Dad was so tall he didn't fit in an ordinary bed, and could only find sneakers in his shoe size. the religious retreat house where my grandmother used to be the cook for 25+yrs- the ladies complain about the countertops being too high and have ladders to reach stuff up in the cabinets. Grandma evelyn could reach it from arms length. It was the only place in the world that fit her.

hahaha you aren't kidding! Everytime I go home i am disgusted when I have to go to Wal-Mart and see all the two ton Tommy and Tina's of the world riding around on those motorized carts, maybe if they walked a little, even around the store they wouldn't weigh so much. They will also take those carts and park them in the middle of the aisle effectively blocking you from getting through. My favorite is being behind them at McDonalds when they order 2 Big Mac Meals, Large Fries, Chicken McNuggets and a DIET COKE.

icequeen if the truth is offensive, moderators don't apply. it's not a wv problem, its an american problem with obesity, poor nutrition, and psychological addictions. The proof is on the scale and by any standard you measure americans are FAT to the detriment of their health. We don't have to like it, but ignoring facts because they're distasteful only perpetuates the problem.

Pizza and Potato chips...what do you expect....and wash it down with brown sugar water...no Physical Education in the schools...a person would think this killing off the people was a conspirisy or something...and the fat isn't all...how about those knee and hip replacements before 40 and the disability of it all...full disability.

whole american diet of white bread and sugar DK- they've linked cancer rates, diabetes, strokes, heart attacks (whole host of ailments) to countries who participate in the 'american way' of eating. africans who never see mcdonalds do much better than their west indies counterparts. asians vs urban/modern asians see similar results, but not as dramatic because their culture still promotes traditional foods that kept them healthy. Hong kong asians vs american asians vs country folk asians show many shades of grey too. Sorry I can't find the link I read years ago about that.

I'm wondering when our govt (toothless FDA) is going to get to the bottom of genetic modified food & recombanant growth hormones added to food supply causing troubles too. Corn syrup is in just about every product on a shelf anymore. Good thing I'm a fan of brown rice & veggies.

GHO occum's razor applies- immature blogging, general lack of respect for people. afraid this is the norm in much of america when blowhards like rush limberger and howard stern hide under blanket of freedom of speech and people mimic them for some vicarious sense of self importance.
