Smile Windmill Crossing in Charles Town area?

Ran across some new townhouse construction (off 340) called Windmill Crossing while I was in Harpers Ferry and Charles Town this weekend. Was wondering if anyone has any comments on this new construction. They are built by Ryan Homes and starting at $199,900.

Thanks!

My fiance & I are considering a move to the Jefferson County area. We are also looking @ Ryan Homes. However, we are looking @ SFH. Not sure what your financial situation is like (or space requirements), but for $199K why not consider a SFH for a little bit more? They have several communities in Jefferson & Berkley County in the low $200K. We really like Ryan Homes & have heard great things about them. They also have great incentives at the moment, the ball is definitely in your court as a buyer. Now if you have to sell an existing home that's another story. Only thing I would consider is the proximity to the races/slots. Personally, I wouldn't want to be near there. However, I'm not sure where exactly these townhomes are located. Best of luck to you!

WMC is a short distance from the track off Rt.340.
It is a typical NoVa type s/d with a commercial/retail/residential mix.

Same developer, Shultz, did Fairfax Crossing on Rt.9. Same deal, mixed use, with a Home Depot/Kohls anchor and typical retail chains across the road.

Pretty much cookie cutter stuff.

Thanks for the replies - gives me reason to look into other places in the area . Wasn't even considering WV but just happened to be in the area last weekend and came across this development.
