I hope we will be in the area on Mothers Day and would love suggestions for somewhere we could have brunch. Thanks.

Like what kind of place? Mom and pop, middle of the road, or fancy?
The Anvil in HF is nice, so is the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown. The Anvil is middle of the road, Bavarian is a few notches above that. |

Thanks for the suggestions. Middle of the road to fancy is what I am looking for.
I love the Shepherdstown/Harpers Ferry area and hope we will be making it our home in the next couple of years. |

If you're going to the Bavarian, you'd better make reservations in advance for Mothers Day.

The Anvil is nice. The Yellow Brick Bank also has a Sunday Brunch.
You would definitely need to make reservations now for the Bavarian Inn. You could also go to the new Bob Evans that just opened up in Ranson (off Rte. 9 across from the Home Depot). |
