Default Wheeling, W. Va.
I haven't been to Wheeling in years and years. My aunt living there tells me it has changed drastically over the years with crimes and problems. Anyone in Wheeling know anyone with last name of "Boring."? Those are some of my relatives down there.

My daughter used to know a girl named Amanda Boring I think. Probably in HS now. Wheeling is still relatively crime free. There are a few neighborhoods with more drugs/crime, just like anywhere. I think overall it is amazingly safe. It does have a problem with jobs, as the business climate in the city is very antagonistic. Really crazy and sad how backwards the city is. Otherwise, it is a very nice place to live (I've been here 20 years.)

My husband's grandfather was from Wheeling. His name was George Ham Ward and had a brother named David W Ward. Does anyone know if there are still Wards living there? Any info would be appreciated.
